Today, the Real Estate Development Course Certification is a Mentoring Course Only.
Since 1973, thousands enrolled annually in this Course. Today, there are 40,000 REDI Members. Many of today's most successful developers worldwide graduated this Course.
In 2005, to ensure learning and to forge a distinguished future for tomorrow's successful real estate developers, the Course shifted from a Self- Study Course to a Six-Month Mentoring Course and now only a limited number of students are carefully selected each month.
Many applicants contact or call The REDI Foundation but are not involved in or planning a real estate development or land development and ask, "I want to become a real estate developer and plan to develop real estate. Can I enroll?"
The REDI Foundation cannot accept these applicants unless the applicant agrees in writing and includes a cover letter with their Application stating, "I am willing to devote an additional 10 hours per month in studying the Course Materials and Assignments, particularly the Joint Venture Section of the Course so that I can professionally package and structure a Joint Venture to attract Land/Property Owners/Investor Partners."
